
African Bean Soup
Forget going out to eat or ordering takeout every time you crave African food.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups dried black-eyed peas
 - 2 cups sliced carrots
 - 1 cup green pepper, diced
 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter
 - 3/4 teaspoon salt
 - 150 ml water
 
Instructions:
- Saute onions in large pot until soft.
 - Add all ingredients except for peanut butter and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Stir a spoonful of peanut butter into each serving.
