- 2/3 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Instructions:
- Whisk Together 2/3 cup carrot juice and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, and salt.
