- 2 Tbs olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 2 Tbs lemon zest (divided into 1 Tbs + 1 Tbs)
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 Tbs fresh chives, parsley or dill, chopped
- 200g smoked salmon, cut into bite sized pieces
- ¼ tsp black pepper
