Chocolate Pudding - Rave Diet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch or corn flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • chopped and roasted hazelnuts for topping

Instructions:

  1. Combine water, maple syrup, cocoa, cornstarch or corn flour and vanilla together in a saucepan.
  2. Whisk smooth with a spoon or hand whisker.
  3. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until pudding is very thick.
  4. Pour into dessert dishes and top with chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Cool and serve.
