Ingredients:
- 1 1 pound package of chicken tenders
 - 2 egg whites
 - 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut
 - 1/2 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
 
Instructions:
- Pre
 - Heat the oven to 350 degrees
 - Dip chicken tenders in egg whites
 - Mix together the whole wheat crumbs and unsweetened coconut
 - Roll eggy chicken in the breadcrumbs/coconut mixture
 - Place on a cookie sheet in bake for 20 minutes
