Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger
  • Chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • 1 cup of lentils
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • Sea SALT

Instructions:

  1. Peal and slice the carrot.
  2. Sautee the carrot slices with the cumin
  3. Seeds for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from fire and let cool. Meanwhile, peal
  5. And grate the ginger, mix it with the juice of 1 lemon, raw honey,Fresh mint and salt. Taste it and adjust it to taste.
  6. Mix the carrots,Lentils, a cabed avocado and dressing and enjoy!
