Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
 - 1 large carrot
 - 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
 - 1 tablespoon of fresh grated ginger
 - Chopped fresh mint leaves
 - 1 Juice of lemon
 - 1 cup of lentils
 - 1 tablespoon of raw honey
 - Sea SALT
 
Instructions:
- Peal and slice the carrot.
 - Sautee the carrot slices with the cumin
 - Seeds for 15 minutes.
 - Remove from fire and let cool. Meanwhile, peal
 - And grate the ginger, mix it with the juice of 1 lemon, raw honey,Fresh mint and salt. Taste it and adjust it to taste.
