Oyster or Clam Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 teaspoons Dry White Wine, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 5 cups loves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon bsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Oysters
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon bsp Buttter

Instructions:

  1. Simmer olive oil, butter, parsley and garlic together.
  2. Mix soup, milk and 1 tbs. wine together. If mixture is too thin, add a little flour.
  3. Combine all ingredients and cook about 15 minutes.
  4. Add remainder of white wine, salt and pepper while cooking.
  5. Serve over cooked thin spaghetti.
