Ingredients:
- 1/2 baguette
- extra virgin olive oil
- 150 grams creamy gorgonzola
- 1 large green apple
- lemon juice
- pepper
- 1 bunch of mixed green salad

- 100 grams walnuts
Instructions:
- Cut the gorgonzola into pieces.Trim and thinly sliced apples, sprinkling the slices with lemon juice.
