Yogurt Marinated Lamb Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons Veg oil
  • 1/4 cup Cumin
  • 10 pounds Leg of lamb
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • Plain yogurt 80g (I used my homemade yogurt)
  • salt 1/4 tsp.
  • 1 tablespoon Tumeric

Instructions:

  1. Bone the lamb and cut into 1" cubes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix, cover and refrigerate overnight. Skewer cubes and grill over charcoal about 7 min. per side.
