
Anchovy Sauce
Anchovy Sauce is a dairy free and pescatarian main course.

Ingredients:
- Fine bread crumbs
- 1 can anchovies in oil
- 2 cloves garlic, cut
- Linguini
- 1 can puree
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Lightly brown garlic in oil.
- Add anchovy and cook until they "melt".
- Add puree and seasonings.
- Add water, if needed to be thinned. Cook about 3/4 hour. Cook linguini al dente; drain.
- Add sauce and toss.
- Serve with bread crumbs which have been toasted in a frying pan with a little oil. Don't burn.
- Sprinkle crumbs on top of pasta and enjoy.
