Ingredients:
- 4 baby bok choy, cut quarters from the base
- 1/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch coriander
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, cut into small wedges
- pinch of pepper
- 300 grams pork, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- pinch of sugar
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add the onion and garlic, cook.
- Add the pork and cook well.
- Sprinkle with pepper and pour in the wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir.
- Add a little water too to lighted the sauce.
- Add in the carrots and stir.
- Add the baby bok choy and stir until cooked.
- Add the coriander last and cook lightly.
