Ingredients:
- Banana leaves- for wrapping the fish
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder-
- 2 sprigs Curry Leaves-
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste-
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste-
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice-
- 2 teaspoons Black pepper powder-
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Turmeric powder- a pinch
- 3 Karimeen/Pearlspot-
Instructions:
- Heat an earthen pot on medium heat.Spray the coconut oil on the banana leaf and wrap the marinated fish in it.Keep it in the pot and cook on low heat, turning the sides after every 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm with rice and a gravy of your choice.
