
Quick and Easy Caprese Salad

Ingredients:
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 ripe tomatoes
Instructions:
- Slice mozzarella and tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices and arrange on platter
- Sprinkle basil leaves over all
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
