
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Sage

Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - olive oil, for drizzling
 - 1/3 cup sage, minced
 - salt and pepper, to taste
 - 3 pounds sweet potatoes
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400In a large bowl, toss thinly sliced sweet potatoes in olive oil, sage and garlic.
 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
 - Transfer sweet potatoes to a large roasting pan.
 - Bake in preheated oven on middle rack for 30-35 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
 - Serve warm.
