
Seared Salmon With Garlic Dill Sour Cream

Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill, chopped
Instructions:
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow bowl. Toss well with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Combine the sour cream, minced garlic, dill and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Add the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sear the salmon on both sides, about 3-5 minutes for each side.
- Serve with the prepared sauce and some mixed salad.
