Spicy Cauliflower

Spicy Cauliflower takes approximately 45 minutes from beginning to end.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon of Indian curry powder
  • Lemon
  • 1/2 cup wild mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 shallots

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Clean and cut the cauliflower florets.
  2. Place the florets in a oven pan, sprinkle them with paprika, curry
  3. And salt and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the
  4. Shallots and wild mushrooms and saute them fro 5 minutes, or until
  5. Golden brown.
  6. Serve the cauliflower tossed with the mushrooms and
  7. Shallots, toped with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
