  • 1 1/2 lbs. watermelon, seeded and cut into small/ chunks – about 1 inch

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and toss gently.
