
Not Your Normal Seven Layer Dip
Not Your Normal Seven Layer Dip requires approximately 15 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado (diced)
 - 1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes
 - fresh cilantro flakes
 - 1 (4oz) green chilis
 - guacamole (here's a GREAT recipe)
 - 1 medium lime (to juice)
 - pepper
 - refried beans (I like to use the fat free version)
 - shredded mexican blend cheese
 - sour cream
 
Instructions:
- Layer your bowl with refried beans.
 - Add a layer of guacamole.
 - Add a layer of sour cream.
 - Add a layer of diced tomatoes and green chilis. (If you can buy Rotel, grab a can and use that instead.)
 - Add a layer of shredded cheese.
 - Sprinkle cilantro and pepper on top.
 - Add the sliced and diced avocado bites and then drizzle with the juice of a lime.
