  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled-optional
  • 2 Tb. olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses
  • seeds/arils from 1/2 pomegranate
  • Course sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toss the salad ingredients in a medium bowl.In a smaller bowl, mix the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
  2. Sprinkle with course salt and freshly ground black pepper.
